Yes, doing a quick addition on the calories might be revealing. Most veg weighs in about 50kcal/100g. I can see why the smoothies are popular - good way to pack more in.
All this has inspired me to a slightly more raw couple of days (fruit + nuts for breakfast instead of eggs or soup, salad for lunch, still a cooked stirfry for dinner though). I felt great today. Managed to get a call about a job, a phone interview, and get a face to face tomorrow. It's nice when your brain feels sharp!
