It's not about intellect. It's about spirituality and consciousness. A different wavelength so to speak. Technically somebody who has psychic powers would definitely have a higher consciousness level than somebody who doesn't. Simple logic will tell you that. A scientist might have vast knowledge, but that is merely physical. See what I'm saying?

Try reading a little bit of David Hawkins, and you might understand a little better. He goes into good detail about calibrating consciousness and it's various levels. Sure you could easily dismiss that, as well as anything spiritual, as a hoax, but then why would you even post in the thread if you do not believe or understand it?
