I notice you are eating mostly fruit - how about more veggies to fill you up, and give you longer lasting energy? I don't eat 100% raw at all - but I have a huge salad every lunchtime - lettuce/cabbage/celery/carrot/peppers/onion and sometimes other things like marrow, fennel, spinach, mangetout, beansprouts. Just about every veg (except potatoes/sweetcorn) can be eaten raw. I love the variety!!!
I make my lunch up in a 1 litre watertight tupperware every morning - takes 10 minutes, tops. I also take a handful of mixed nuts and a couple of bits of fruit.
