YEH HURRAY DAY 14 2 WEEKS GO ME
Today was pretty easy
What I ate
Today I ate the least amount of food that I have eaten in a day since being on this diet. I just did not feel very hungry and work was hectic.
5:30 600ml lemon juice and water.
6am green smoothie- 2 tomatoes, lettuce, herbs (parsley, dill, I do not know what the others were)
8am 2 bananas
3 more bananas scattered throughout the day
5:30 5 mandarins and a banana.
Later I will have a green smoothie
Anyone thinking about going raw?
