Question Plyometrics low intensity?

my question is would 10 minutes of low intensity plyometrics are as effective as say maybe about 2 minutes of intense plyos? between intensity and time, which of the 2 factors are more important when it comes to improving your stretch reflex? and also does rapidly moving your legs back and forth very fast count as a pylo exercise?
