Thanks for sharing, I wrote the last post before I went to sleep and of course dreamt of posting in forums the whole night. I tend to have very vivid dreams and occasionally wake up even more tired. So from what you said there really isn't much difference in how lucid dreams affect your sleep. It is the whole sleeping part I really like. The dreams are a bonus. I am going to do the "Asking what a person represents in a dream during the dream thing" It will save me from making too many assumptions when analyzing dreams.
