Days 10, 11 and 12
Hello,
Weekends are the biggest challenge because of the social situations. I went to a school trivia night where everyone had brought a plate and there was mountains of all my favourite food. I felt like devouring everything in sight.
I have lost inches around my waist and feel really good about that. I have not been working out as much as usual because it has been hard to get out of bed sometimes with the dehydration. Last week I only went to the gym 3 times. However I have decided to go no matter what. I have to go because I am losing hard earned muscle.
I am eating mostly fruit just because it is so handy. But I crave green smoothies which I can only have before and after work. I wish I could just drink them all day.
I feel that this challenge is making me stronger mentally and emotionally because I have to really be strong at times.
Someone told me my skin was looking really clear. I thought it was odd because I don't get pimples, but I caught sight of myself in the mirror today and noticed a difference.
