Teachers taught me pretty much squat. I was going to point out that I know hundreds of radically unschooled kids who have never been *taught* anything, in the traditional sense of the word, and they know much, much more than schooled kids.

I never taught my youngest son to read, and he reads very well. Learning is an organic process when it's allowed to be.
