Hey, listen, if you want to lose over 100 pounds in less than a year, you're most likely going to have difficulty in getting all the way there, as 100 pounds is quite a lot of weight. You may take unorthodox ways to meet the deadline that could invariably hurt your health tremendously, like not eating at all, life-altering surgeries, and other crazy habits like laxative-dependence. I have never watched the Biggest Loser, nor do I ever plan on doing so. It seems like a show that does not tailor to people's real needs, but is just in it for the ratings. 218 pounds in 8 months cannot be considered healthy. I'm sure there was some sagging skin.
