Twitter would do well to use a service better than
Get Satisfaction for their support service. It's not bad, but it's needlessly complex in some areas (the main issue I see is a lack of linking "what people want" with interface elements; most PC users would get confused pretty easily by that site. I'm literally trained in figuring out systems--years of quality gaming

--and even I find it challenging to efficiently navigate. For simplicity and intuitiveness, see Google.com ... as in, the actual interface of that page. Steve's site is great, too. Let's hope his re-design doesn't send it to Flash "awesomeness" territory
