There are plenty of people on this forum who will tell you that eggs are healthy, high in vitamins, contain quality protein, and good for you.
Then there are people like me here who will tell you that eggs contain far too much protein, high in fat, cholesterol, etc. and are not suitable for human consumption.
But to me it sounds like you have already made up your mind. I promise you this forum will not agree on an answer to this question and will not tell you anything you haven't heard before. You will have to make your own decision in this matter.
