Default What Would You Do For A Million Dollars (Spoiler Alert)

Last night, I was watching the Biggest Loser finale. The winner lost 218 pounds in 8 months and won $250,000. It really got me thinking about my weight loss goal (I'm about 130 pounds overweight).

Here was my question to myself: If someone told me that they would give me one million dollars if I weighed 180 pounds on July 1st, what would I do to achieve that goal? Or if the doctor told me that on July 1st I would die if I didn't weigh 180 pounds or less, what changes would I make?

Would I stop eating the Christmas cookies? Would I get them out of the house? Would I actually get up and workout in the morning? Would I start working out 2 or possibly 3 times a day?

What overwhelming force would I bring to make it happen?

Then, I hit the next step. Why can't I do that now? Why can't I pretend that someone's going to give me a million dollars on July 1st and bring that overwhelming force to bear on this goal.

Anyhow, just something I thought I'd share.

Have a great day everyone!

Godspeed,
Ed
