Apart from the things they already said in that paragraph, I've heard accounts of people who actually used their lucidity to help them interpret their messages. They would just go to someone in the dream and ask flat out "What do you represent in this dream?". Saved them a lot of guessing.

Well, no. Or at least my lucid dreams are too infrequent to grow tired of them. In the beginning I was worried that maybe I'd loose out on sleep (or rather rest) by being conscious while dreaming, but so far it always carried an energy boost, not a drain.
