i read in Power to the People by Pavel Tsatsouline, he said some stuff about stretching and once exercise he gave was where you hang on a bar and just let your whole body go loose. over time fluids will fill in the spaces in your spine, giving a few more inches to your height and a healthier spine, but thats not really what i want. im a track athlete having longer limbes could give me a greater advantage. im only 5'7 and going to gr10 and already a track star, so by growing my legs a bit longer i could set a city record.

subliminal messages can be used to gain muscle and lose fat, and thats a fact. as for shrinking or growing body parts made of bone, tissue, and cartilage i don't know. thats why im conducting this experiment.
