Hey cool, I'm triing the same thing. A part of my training is also meditation visualisation, I use the tapes from Dr. Laura, I also train a lot by hanging upside down with gravity boots and weights on my arms, sitting with weights on my legs and stretching, there is a whole community the thing is called Body enlargement

Hope you'll gain a few inches
