Ganzfeld Goggles - Telepathic abilities and Instant meditation? Mindwaves Instant Meditation Goggles
According to the "Ganzfeld effect", if a person stares into a empty, shapeless field of vision long enough, they will enter an altered state of consciouness. To put it simply, it's a form of sensory deprivation.
And according to some researchers concerning experiments with ESP, subjects have exhibited abilities like telepathy while wearing ganzfeld goggles.
The effects that are claimed?
People have reported using Ganzfelds in the following ways:
Past Lives Regressions
Self Healing & Improvement
Here's an example of the results from an experiment, the receiver wearing ganzfeld goggles;
The sender looked at this image and attempted to 'send' it to the reciever also; |
RECEIVER: "I find flames again... the fire takes on a very menacing meaning... an image of a volcano with molten lava inside... Molten lava running down the side of the volcano... Suddenly I was biting my lip, as though lips had something to do with the imagery... The lips I see are bright red, reminding me of the flame imagery earlier..."
There are criticisms of the experiments and perhaps some flaws with them as well, but many people believe something may be going on....
For others, it can supposedly help one slip into a quicker meditative state due to the lack of any visual information entering the eyes, whether they're open or closed.
The ganzfeld goggles in the picture is from mindwaves, but are hard to get a hold of right now it seems. It seems that ready made ganzfeld goggles are hard to come by or pretty expensive, so you can make your own if you want.
You can take a ping pong ball and cut it in half, then take a marker or water color and cover the entire outside of the halves evenly. Then you put them over each eye, lay back and look towards a light source for about 10 minutes..... Electric Manifesting
- Manifest things by Image Streaming?
I have no idea if this one works or is just another gimmick, but I'll share it with you all since I've known about it for awhile...
It's based on the concept of image streaming, where a person allows their mind to free flow with ideas, but the difference is you are describing something you desire or an intent. What makes this method stand out is that one person, Sean Collins, claims a friend of his, a Silva Instructor, uses it to consistently manifest the things she wants;
One instructor, though, REALLY got my attention because of her consistent |
ability to get results in the world THROUGH her Silva 'programming.'
She would intend things to happen, coincidences to happen, and they did.
I traveled to see her, and spent a few months watching firsthand how she made
the tools of the Silva Method work for herself and for others.It took me a while to figure out WHY she got such great and consistent results, but then I noticed that she was doing ONE thing different...
This technique involves getting into a somewhat altered state of mind and then then visualizing the thing you want while at the same time
describing it out loud to a live person or into a tape recorder. So as soon as you visualize it, you also describe it out loud as well.
Here's an example of the results the author claimed-
When I did that it felt like my senses had been scrubbed on the inside. I noticed more details, more mental sights and mental sounds, and more intuitions too (an early experiment with image streaming was to mentally "see" the following day's newspaper headlines! My image stream was "Clinton...tough" and the next day's Miami Herald newspaper headline was |
"Clinton's Tough Budget.")
If there really is something to this, I would recommend getting to a very relaxed state or try it when just waking up, imagine
more than just visualize, and treat it as an experiment, at least at first. Pick an image that would really motivate you and make you excited just describing it.
I can also imagine many people only wanting to use a tape recorder instead of talking to a live person, so feel free use that method.
