It doesn't really always work that way - lottery, funds, finding money on the street. Maybe you could say playing Black Jack for high stakes creates social debt as per the entertainment value you contribute for others...

I suppose to some extent money doesn't necessarily have to be linked to created value directly; that discounts money found on the street that could 'turn up' as a reward for something you contributed.

Also, what about stolen money or money from things that were stolen and sold?
