Listen to more positive music.
I'm sure you know about affirmations. What do you think your subconscious makes of all this input that you are giving it? Stop feeding those thoughts and emotions.
I'm still doing that. It is hard to leave something like music which has moved you, behind. But I'm finding new music which "resonates" much better with me now. I can listen to the old music, it's full of good memories hanging out with my friends, going to festivals - good stuff. But I don't like listening to that sort of music as background for very long.
Occasionally though when I am angry and I want to get through it, I will put on heavy metal, and just use those emotions to get stuff done.
