I was totally inspired that you managed to keep it up for a week, shivraj!
Since you're attempting this again, would you not consider a less "cut-throat" attitude for attaining your goals? How about 3-5 core goals you should achieve every day, and then looking to tick maybe 50%-75% of remaining subsidiary goals? Be encouraged by progress and success, rather than fear of failure and self-punishment!
Surely this staggered approach would be more encouraging, rather than setting yourself up for miliataristic regime?!
