 Day 4
Hard today. First day off. Had to shopping. Restaurants and fast food everywhere. Just wanted tp devour everything in sight. Took an extreme effort of will not to.
I got too hungry and had no food or water on hand, due to unforeseen circumstances. So I have learnt that I always have to have food and water handy, at least in the beginning. Just did not expect it to be so tough.
I can hardly write this because it makes me think about it.
