Hello,

I believe you can change any part of your physical appearance but and this is a BIG BUT... you should not be attached to the OUTCOME!. Anything you are attached is based in a fear that it will not materialise.

The key is that I DIDN'T REALLY CARE if I grew taller or not. I was OK with my original height. I was not OBSESSED with whether I grew taller or not. I did it for FUN and just as an experiment.

It is much "easier" to change something you are not emotionally attached to than something you are because you have very strong beliefs surrounding those things you are attached to and very few around those that you are not.

First and foremost you must get to a point where you are OK and LOVE YOURSELF just as you are. Not OBSESSED with changing anything physical or emotional on you. Anything you are OBSESSED about you are definitely focussing on and resisting and as we know what you focus on grows and what you resist persists... so your first STEP is to get to that OK place. I am good enough just as I am. Meditate and visualize that first !!! Love yourself just as you are - irrespective of the physical appearance you wish to change.

About patience... mmm I think you can find infinite patience when you are not obsessed with something. About focussing, that comes simply with practice. To help focus your mind, focus on your breathing. Do not worry if thoughts race through your mind as you try to visualize. This happens initially as you try tame your mind. Let the thoughts come and just watch them floating past you. Do not resist them. With time they will become fewer and fewer.

Meditating for prolonged periods is great if you can achieve that. But as with anything do something too much too quickly and get you tired of it. So take it slow and HAVE FUN. Once a day is GOOD, twice a day is GREAT, three times is EXCELLENT and more than enough!!!! Try 15 minute sessions each time but 5 minutes is better than 0. Importantly, when you come out of your visualizations DO NOT OBSESS with "oh no, did i do it right", "yeah yeah as if this is going to work" etc... laugh those thoughts off!!!
