Vision boards are a great idea. Make sure to have a vivid picture of the goal. Whether its a car, a house, an affirmation, a goal, make sure you stamp a date on it by which it is to be acquired and accomplished. Make sure it is in a place where you could see it often. Make sure you make a daily habit of looking over it instead of letting it become background furniture that you walk by.
Make sure, that like any goal it is realistic. You wouldn't put a picture of the trump towers with your name on it and date is for 6 months from now.
Some people will say that the vision board will help you manifest whatever you want. Another way to think about it is, if you really want that car and it's $40,000 out of your price range, you'll have a daily reminder of how much harder/smarter you'll have to earn to get it by the due date. Use the approach that seems most practical to you.
Lastly and most importantly. Have a fun time with the vision board, be very creative and use your imagination. Your vision board is a realistic look at your goals and desires, so carefully about what you want, cause you will get it.
