Nope. I don't have any bottled up aggression or anger that needs venting... I play video games because it is fun, not as a form of therapy.

I don't need to watch the news to be aware of anything. In fact, tuning out the news helped me become
more aware of things that really matter. Less noise means a better signal.

I don't think so. Taking those emotional rides does not diminish my awareness - quite the opposite.
