Does one have the same spirit guides throughout life or do they come and go as expertise is needed much as good friends and friendships have cycles? The same basic question about guardian angels for life?
I find when I journal I become centered and find wisdom almost every time I sit and write. I have a belief that for me it is a connection to my HS.
