I admire you for your courage to go 100% raw Stella. It's definitely not easy and it's something I've been struggling with as well.
I've been trying to go raw for over a year now and make a lot of excuses. It would cause conflicts with me and my wife (she wouldn't be eating raw), it's sometimes cheaper or more convenient to eat cooked food, etc.
It's time to stop making excuses, to just do it and be authentic.
