I am currently using a Canon 30D. Don't worry about upgrading for a while, there is really no next step for you unless you want to go to a 5d which is in the 3 grand range.
I use CS2 - it is simply the best program on the market in my opinion - not to mention the fact that it has its own RAW converter. |
Thank you! That is very nice of you to say. I like to think I have an eye for it since I love it so much, but refining my technique and exploring my personal style is a bit more difficult. It gives me hope to know that none of your stuff has been shot in a studio. I absolutely adore natural light so I haven't had much of a need to find a way to use a studio. Problem is that I live in a basement apartment and have little to no light down here except for yellow ugly lightbulb light. LOL.
I need to learn to master my CS2. I have only had it for a few weeks and haven't had a chance to really sit down and explore it yet. I have done a little bit of shooting in RAW and liked what I got from it, but again, not enough time. LOL. Do you use any special plug-ins with your CS2? I have a few brushes that I have downloaded, but nothing special!
