This cd is by Kelly Howell and has three parts, an explanation of what the kundalini is, some breathing exercises, and then a 30 minute meditation, all designed to 'activate' the listener's supposed kundalini energy.

It also has brain entrainment sounds embeded in it which drives the mind into a relaxed state while listening. Here are both negative and positve views from Amazon.com;

I worked with this for a couple of days and really began to have some strange experiences, some not so pleasant.

I will work with it again when I can find someone to be with me and not try going it alone again.

It really does do something though!

This was the first and only CD I have ever smashed into pieces with my bare hands! It was that terrible! I tried to listen to the CD but the content was total b.s. , the author didn't know what she was talking about. Obviously, she didn't have a clue about what Kundalini energy really is either and her voice was unpleasant to listen to. I don't think you can learn to raise Kundalini with this CD, don't waste your money and look for something else.

I don't know if kundalini is really real or not, and there are lots of different views on it. If it can be awakened it is claimed to give a person more energy (sexual and otherwise), psychic abilities and experiences, healing abilities and eventually enlightment.

Different sources say it takes a lifetime to awaken or it can only be awakened by very few people as it is rare. At least this way you can see for yourself, instead of having to believe it from other sources.


Kundalini Activator



This one claims it will activate a person's kundalini in 6 months. Even a 6 month guarantee it seems. You do have to give it your attention, and the tracks on the cd are long, one is 40 minutes, the other, 30 minutes.

You are asked to choose a chakra you will work with at the beginning, and there are breathing exercises and visualization exercises dealing with each chakra. There is also a special sound matrix that is supposed to be partly responsible for the effect.

I bought Kundalini Activator yesterday, listened to it once since. I think I got the older version though, and unfortunately, but well, it should work too (and I think it did).

So I listened to it yesterday, and while I didn't get some kind of "LSD-High" like some say, I got some strange effects, depending on the chakra. For the root chakra, I just had some heating, maybe tingling. Nothing for the spleen chakra. Quite a lot of reactions for the solar plexus chakra (buzzing, tingling). Something for the heart chakra, can't say exactly what, like someone was pushing on it. And now it gets interesting : high reaction from the throat and 3rd eye chakras, almost like pain ; from time to time, I believe that my 3rd eye chakra is activating itself one way or another, through some sort of "localized headache", and this was already a couple of months before (since I came to get interested in all this stuff, in fact, unless I didn't pay attention before). And finally, the crown chakra had some nice reactions too, but not as much as the two before.

What do you guys think? Is this normal?

EDIT: Oh, and I forgot to mention, I slept more and better, too. Perhaps my body trying to accustom itself. Had some strainings and little pain in the area of the heart chakra while eating at lunch time, too.

hi, I had just started listening KA, I use to listen chakra activator before KA 2, last nite (4th listening), I felt very powerfull jolt (like electric shck) for a second or two at my left thumb, near wrist, what does this mean?

Posted: Thu Nov 29, 2007 7:16 am Wanted to ask, I bought KA 2 years back but I stopped listening to it because I wasn't getting the results people described on the board. Everyone was saying you get results on the first listen, feel energy, people starting at you etc, none of that ever happened.

I do remember seeing something a couple years ago about speakers. But the board's been erased twice since then.

What can one do to make sure to get results? I ask you since you seem to have gotten some great ones, and apparently there are different methods that people have tried. I'm not very active on this forum so haven't followed the discussions.

Using speakers while playing or is that only for CA? My speakers aren't of the best quality, does that make a big difference? Should I just keep trying it until I get results? Perhaps spend some time exercising or pranayama before hand?

Would appreciate any advice anyone could give

PS - i got KA and VX. same with vx, i didnt get any results, although with that i heard people go even beyond confidence to obnoxiousness. nah didnt happen.

Either way, people tend to caution about awakening the kundalini, saying it's very dangerous to do it, so just in case, if you have health issues, be very careful please.....
