Anyhow, just to add my 2 cents, i have used hypnosis grow taller cds before, and grew from 5ft8 to 5ft11.5 (almost 6ft). However, when i actually measured myself like 10 times because i could not believe i was almost 6ft, i stopped listening to the recordings and my mind state went back to the negative state (for this case anyway) and i shrunk.
My conclusion is that my mind was not prepared YET, to be able to maintain that hieght because when i realised i was almost 6ft, it was too overwhelming, and believe me, i cant get over it till now. Only when it becomes "no big deal" then i will get back to working on this properly. |
it's kind of what I meant with "if you go back, it goes back" this is not a surgery.
