Um... well I gain weight (unintentionally) by eating more veggie meat and whole grain bread. You could also try drinking more soy milk, almond milk, or rice milk. (Another way that I accidentally pack on pounds. )



(As a side note... you say that you have acid reflux. Do you eat breakfast?! And have you ever tried drinking aloe vera juice?)
