It is 11:30pm here in Switzerland now. I just returned home after having sung two concerts this evening at 6 and 8.

These two concerts were the beginning of me living my purpose. I was able to let go of judgement and ego and let it be purely about putting the music of these composers - Mozart and Loewe - into the world.

There were people in the audience from whom I have always sought approval. This would ultimately lead to me trying to be better, a lot of anxiety and focus on myself, etc.

Tonight there was none of that. Only good music set free to do it's work. I was both witness and channel.

I am absolutely sure this result came about more rapidly due to my intensive use of Paraliminals this week.

I intend to write more about this on my blog tomorrow, for those who may be interested.
