The soul reflects out there, in your body. But to judge those looks as good or not is subjetive and too judge those as traits as good or not is subjetive too.
When there's a health problem it reflects on your looks somewhere, like kidneys in fat under your eyes. And that health problem use to come from a soul, spiritual problem. I don't mean the person is evil, at all!. Sort of karma things, problems inside that person. Always come out.
