Well, if you want to look like a certain person, you should behave and have the virtues and faults of that person. Like if you want to look drunken, you have to drink a lot.
But good-looking is subjective, what some people see as good-looking for other is not and may imply a fault instead of a virtue...
Or even more complicated, a thing that for you is a virtue for many can be seen as a fault, you still will be the person you want to be and you'll look how you want to look, but you can be perceived as a "bitch" or whatever anyway.
Our body and looks depends on hormones and such... things controlled by the brain, so you got it. But it doesn't work the other way round, plastic surgery is not gonna change your personality, that's why I didn't like it all, it's just a false image, kind of mask or disguise.
