Dieting is out. Healthy lifestyle is in. It is torture for anyone on the diet-no diet treadmill. The whole thing is directly linked to eating disorders too.
Once people sort out why they overeat--emotional eating, boredom/dissatisfaction with life, lack of body awareness, ignorance about food choices (which the food industry encourages)--then they are on their way to a relaxed and healthful relationship with food.
