Another INTJ here...interesting trend
As a fellow perfectionist/engineer-minded type, I find the fun to be within the formulation phase rather than the execution phase. Combined with a fear of success, I agree that it's a challenge to move to the execution phase and remain passionate. As Karl von Clausewitz said:
"The greatest enemy of a good plan is the dream of a perfect plan." No solutions here, just sympathy
