Hi Zach,
I think in some cases the entities fear judgment not realizing they are going to judge themselves. I believe we are all pieces of God Source and when we slough off this mortal coil we go back to the ether, examine our lives, and continue to evolve and grow even on the other side.
But many people here who believe in Hell might understandably be afraid when they get to the other side. So some don't go. At least not easily or willingly.
