Good point meamaximaculpa. Im thinking regularly about that too. "It is", is just the first step. It puts you in a state of calm and gives more clarity. It doesnt change your situation though. Step two, to change(I think to plan is more appropriate), needs an other approach. Being in this state of calm prevents hastly wanting to make decisions and the stress that comes with it. When in this state you are more with and for yourself. When the time is right, maybe after a day or a week it may become much more clear as to what action to undertake.
