Accept that what IS just IS.
I realized something profound for me yesterday. I always knew I had this little complainer inside my head, always popping out whenever I had my guard down. Yesterday, however, I was listening to a subliminal CD and cleaning (I have a lot more energy to clean now that my apnea is possibly cured.) when suddenly, I said to myself "What is... IS." I started repeating this over and over and you know what? The little complainer had nothing to complain about! So, he let me be free to focus on what to do instead of what was wrong.
I'd like to ask everyone to try and monitor yourselves and everytime you catch yourself complaining, say "What is... IS." and see what that does for you. I'm really interested if it works for other people.
