Will someone who has no concern suffice?

How do you write about problems without feeling negative emotion? Awareness. Eckhart Tolle will help with that.

How do you get better communication skills? Repping Toastmasters ("repping" in terms of "repetition"... doing it over, and over, one rep after another). Before that, find some local clubs, visit them all (or those that resonate), and then join one and start speaking. I'm member of two Toastmasters clubs--President of one, Secretary of another... within 5 months of joining! You could say that I'm doing some supersets. (Weight training lingo.)

If it's writing you want to improve... write. I have a surprisingly low amount of English education, but my writing ability--or rather, the mindset I developed through writing, and the habits and good practice that support it--make me one of the best writers wherever I go. It's not that I have significant technical ability; rather, I cut away what isn't important and reflect clarity of thinking and use writing as an effective vehicle for my talent themes.
