Biphasic Sleep, Day 24 (Day 1 of Biphasic Exam Week)
Biphasic Exam Week: The last week of my biphasic sleep experiment, during which my goal is to consistently sleep from 2am to 5am and from 9am to 12am, and to then have enough energy during the day that I need no more than one 25-minute catnap. I call it Exam Week because it's when my body and subconscious mind get to show me all that they've learned during the past three and a half weeks. I think I'll even give it a grade at the end

Exam Day 1 went very well. All the sleep periods happened on time and without interruption. I had one bout of tiredness in the early afternoon, which was easily gotten past with one 25-minute catnap.
