I don't think that it's possible to act like that.
I also don't think that acting like that would produce any value, because it would actually mean doing nothing at all.

People wanted to patch their problem of feeling of incomplete information that reduces their confidence is different from people getting data to make
rational decisions based on that data.
Most people don't make rational data based decisions anyway.
