It's interesting that you chose to switch polarities to be closer to your wife. It caught me by surprise, the fact that you chose love over the path that calls to you. *hearts* In that case, I would guess that in order to strengthen the relationship, the better choice would be to do what you're doing: keeping the balance.

Yes, it is conscious. The one called to the lightworker's path is consciously moving towards it. The one pulled to the darkworker's path is also, consciously moving towards it (mainly because of the need to explore this side, feeling that it is misunderstood).
