@Rho, Erock said condoms were "literally the only thing a man can use." You may not like the alternatives, but there certainly are several alternatives in preventing yourself from conceiving a child.
You know, if you don't find any of those ideal, consider that women are in the same boat -- there are no ideal forms of birth control that women can use either.
