oh, and second the 7 Habits suggestion! its got a surprising amount about relationships in it, although I need to get round to seeing if the author has more specific stuff on that.
depending on what you're looking for I'd possibly suggest looking through some of the always controversial seduction community stuff. While yes, a lot of it is pretty shallow and a lot of it is comeplete BS, theres quite a lot of useful stuff for understanding relationships and how you work as well as the opposite sex.
