Basically whenever you start doubting yourself about something, for example when you get paid at the end of the month and you see that with everything you tried to do and manifest your pay is still below what you wished and no bonuses or increases happened. You start to doubt everything and blame your self and ask the ultimate question “why me?”. At that moment you need to realize that this is a belief system, it’s a limit that you need to clean your self from . And by that I mean cleaning your inner soul by doing something as simple as breathing.
All you have to do is say to the divine “the universe “or whatever you believe in “am sorry for having these doubts I don’t know where this negativity came from, please forgive me for not being aware of having this negative belief, thank you for listening and I love you.

Simply am sorry, please forgive me, thank you and I love you. Keep repeating it inside your head for everything.
