hey,

why don't you attend some community college classes or tech school nightclasses to brush up on your computer skills? they're very affordable and you'll have a professor accessible to you for help. since you did a degree in computer science, i am sure you already have the basics down.

another idea is to buy a book on the areas you feel need improvement and to go forward from there. at least you'll feel like you're actively working on your situation and that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. you won't feel as frustrated if you're working towards a goal. and ultimately, the more skills you acquire, the more marketable you make yourself.

remember that you're the only one who can pull yourself out of a frustrating situation. best of luck.
