I don't know if this was of my spirit guides or what exactly it was. About a month back one day, when I was in that sleep to waking state. I heard a voice asking me if I want to feel my spirit. Then I got three electric shocks below my shoulder blades just like you'd count 1,2,3. And then time slowed down and I could feel the perceptions of my body, my senses - shift to some etheric state. And then I woke up. It happened quickly.
Usually my communication with my spirit guides happen via synchronicities. But I would so much prefer language or clairaudient communication that is clear and succinct instead of me trying to interpret some signs. One day I'll get there, till then psychics/intuitives are my medium for direct communication.
