In my experience, people who have the presence of mind to worry if they are schizophrenic, aren't. Schizophrenics are more likely to worry that the rest of the world is crazy because it doesn't agree with their delusions.

I have zero psychic ability, but I imagine if I did, I would seriously wonder about my sanity. I do live in a podunk town though, and can sympathize with you not having anyone around to talk about your situation. Please don't let the reaction you got in this thread keep you away from this place, where you can interact with folks who are in the same boat as you.
