I really agree with Cantando. It could be psychic abilities, or it might be something else. Nothing should really be ruled out. No one is saying you should have to go on medication, jus tmake sure that everything is OK.
also, don't jump to conclusions. it can be exciting to come up with a paranormal explanation for everything, but don't automatically jump to that conclusion. If you have a dream, write it down, with every detail you can think of, and the date on which you had the dream. if later it comes true, write that down with the date, and compare the details.
Often, with people who think they have predictive dreams, they have either thought incorrectly that the dream was before the event, when it was really after, or else embellish the details of the dreem to fit the event. I'm not saying you would do this consciously, but the brain makes connections between whatever it can, so it might think there is more there than there actually is. Further, memory has been shown to be rather faulty and unreliable, no matter how certain you think you are of its correctness. However, if you write everything down, you have a good record of what actually happened, and can look at it objectively.
I don't say this to try to disprove what you have experienced. I just think that if you truly want to know what is going on, you should try to prove it to yourself without a shadow of a doubt, so that you know it cannot be explained by anything else.
