Running : 1.2 km.
Yoga: yogasane and pranayama.
Gym : Sunday closed.

7:00 to 7:20 am
4) Creative visualization DONE
5) Daily reading of self help books/ listen audios DONE
6) Write my daily updates in this thread DONE
7) self hypnosis and affirmations. DONE
8) No drinks - tea/coffee DONE
9) Improve my English - vocabulary, grammar, accent, speech DONE
10) Daily read 50 to 250 pages(depending upon type of material) of study book and do at least 100 to 125 lines of coding everyday. DONE
