Angela - I will go through it on my own, even though I'm scared! Because that would just reinforce that belief - yes, even though you just said you'd do it with me! What I hear is: You have to do it by yourself! So I think doing it on my own will help get to the core, if that makes sense?
I am also remembering when we did talk about that, what I came to is, we are all deeply connected at that emotional & spiritual level. I can hang on to that, as well.
